Is there a more common dessert in households across Spain and Latin America than Arroz con Leche - Rice Pudding? We don't think so. The best thing is that it has all the qualities we like in a dessert - sweet, rich and EASY to prepare! It can be served warm or cold and is delicious either way. Save any left-overs for breakfast!
