Sopa Frķa de Tomate, Naranja y Frambuesa

This is a delightful twist on gazpacho, the traditional cold soup of Southern Spain. The blend of citrus and tang of the tomatoes and raspberries tingle the palate. It is simple to prepare and very refreshing on a hot summer day or evening.
