Pollo en Salsa - Chicken in Sauce

This main course is simply called "chicken in sauce." The name does not do it justice! Although it is a simple recipe that does not require any advanced cooking skills, the white wine, onion, garlic and saffron combine to make a sauce that you'll want to keep dipping your bread in.

We know you might be avoiding dishes that will heat up your kitchen this summer, so why not do what we did? Make it in the morning or the night before, then heat for 10 minutes while making the white rice! You'll eat sooner and reduce your stress level on a week night!
