Setas con Ajo y Vino Blanco
Tuesday November 13, 2007
“Setas” or mushrooms are very popular in Spain. Cremini mushrooms give this dish a wonderfully earthy taste. The Fall is a great time for mushrooms and this dish is easy and quite delicious served as an accompaniment to a beef, lamb or pork roast, steak or chops. It can also be served as a "tapa" with slices of a baguette.
