Pechugas de Pollo con Salsa de Nueces - Chicken in Walnut Sauce

Simple to make, yet it tastes very gourmet - it will seem like you spent the entire afternoon in the kitchen. This recipe uses boneless, skinless chicken breasts, stuffed with a pate mixture, then baked. A walnut sauce, flavored with brandy and tomato sauce is then spooned over the top when served. Add home fried potatoes to complete this dish.
