Bolas de Bacalao Frito – Fried Cod Fish Balls

These little fish balls are absolutely delicious! Salt-dried cod is mixed with green onion, garlic, lemon and egg, covered in breadcrumbs and fried. Serve with "alioli" sauce (garlic mayonnaise) and/or "sofrito" (tomato sauce) for a tasty appetizer. These are addictive, so be careful how many you sample or these might not make it to the table!
