According to the calendar it is officially Spring, but even in parts of Spain and California the weather can still be cold and damp. So, we continue to enjoy eating stews. This chicken stew in wine sauce is not only one of our personal favorites, but it remains one of the dishes that our friends and neighbors regularly ask us to prepare for them.
