Fideua - Noodle Paella

Valencia, a region famous for its many delicious rice dishes has a pasta dish that we highly recommend. Fideua is sort of a noodle or pasta version of seafood paella. It contains fish, mussels, clams, shrimp and squid cooked in a bed of noodles. In Alicante, fideua is so popular that the coastal town of Gandia holds fideua cooking competitions!
If you enjoy seafood and you also like pasta, try fideua. It's as tasty as paella and takes about half the time to prepare.
