May is strawberry month. You see them everywhere - in farmer's markets, supermarkets, fruit stands and restaurant menus. The Spanish love fresh fruit like strawberries for dessert. They also love custard and whipped cream. So, we decided to create our own strawberry dessert with some of their favorite ingredients. Egg custard, whipped cream and strawberries are layered in bowls and topped with churros. Serve with ice cold champagne at your next get-together. How about at a graduation party or for Father's Day?!
