How to Make Fideua - Noodle Paella Step-by-Step

Thursday July 3, 2008

Fideua - Noodle Paella

Valencia, a region famous for its many delicious rice dishes has a pasta dish we love to make! It's called Fideua and it's sort of a noodle or pasta version of seafood paella. It contains fish, mussels, clams, shrimp and squid cooked with noodles in a paella pan. The great thing is that it tastes as good as paella, but takes less preparation and cooking time.

We recently prepared fideua for a dinner party and now all our friends are asking when we'll be making it again! We know you'll be firing up the BBQ this summer, so next time why not skip the hotdogs and try fideua? We've posted a step-by-step recipe with photos to help you prepare it.
