Spanish Apple Tart - Tarta de Manzana

The new crop of apples are beginning to appear in the markets, and our thoughts turn to baking. This weekend, you can spend less than an hour and make a delicious Spanish apple tart, complete with puff pastry for crust and apricot preserves on top. In fact, if you have an apple peeler-corer-slicer, you won't spend more than 10 minutes preparing the apples... You'll be saying Delicioso!
