Fish and Clams in Garlic Wine Sauce
Clams, Garlic and Wine - What could be better?!
The Spanish love all kinds of fish and seafood. It makes sense since Spain is surrounded by water, with coastlines on the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the Cantrabric and Mediterranean Seas. This recipe takes about one hour to prepare and is rich and flavorful. It is a good main course for a small dinner party. The garlic and wine in the sauce give a rich flavor that does not overpower the fish and clams. The secret is the alioli sauce. Serve it with a lightly dressed green salad, rustic-style bread and white rice. Pair it with a crisp white wine to compliment the seafood.
