Add a little Spanish Flair to Any Holiday Celebration - Shrimp-Pomegranate-Avocado Salad

Wednesday November 26, 2008

Shrimp-Pomegranate-Avocado Salad

This salad has a definite "wow-factor" when set out on the table and it's also great-tasting! The ruby red pomegranate seeds combine with the green lettuce and the yellow and green avocado and the pink shrimp for a feast for the eyes. Although not a traditional Spanish salad, all the ingredients are grown in Spain and are in season in the autumn, making it a great choice for holiday dining.
