Chicken Breast in Spanish Paprika Sauce - Pechuga de Pollo Salsa Pimenton

Paprika is an essential ingredient in the Spanish kitchen and this dish is full of that smokey Spanish paprika flavor. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are sauteed in olive oil, then cooked in a Spanish paprika sauce. Although this is a main course, you can make it into a tapa by cutting the chicken into smaller pieces and placing on top of baguette slices.
