Tortilla espanola or tortilla de patata is a Potato Omelet. In Spain it is often eaten as either a tapa, or as the main course of a light dinner. Making one is fairly straightforward - fry potatoes and onions and drain. Beat eggs and mix it all together. Cook on one side. Most cooks don't have any problems following those steps. The next step is to flip it, return to the frying pan, and cook on the other side. The "flipping" is what causes people to panic, but there are 2 very easy ways to flip a tortilla and Tony shows you how in our new video. Watch this video and you'll never be afraid to "flip" again!
