If you like clams and are looking for a simple tapa or first course, this easy Spanish recipe for clams in sherry sauce if perfect. First, sauté the chopped onion and garlic. Add sherry, clams and parsley, and briefly simmer until cooked. It doesn't take more than about 15 minutes to prepare from start to finish. Serve with rustic bread as a tapa or a first course.
