We woke up this morning to our first major rain storm of the autumn. So, we're ready for hot stews and soups. Asturian Beef & Vegetable Stew is a hearty Spanish stew, made of chunks of beef stew meat slowly simmered on the stove top, along with leeks, carrots, turnips and onion.
