This "pie" recipe is definitely for cheese-lovers! Three kinds of cheese fill a pie crust, as well as grilled onions and garlic. Top with cherry tomato halves and oregano, then bake until cheese is melted. Prepare this dish as one large pie, or use individual pie or tart pans (2-5 inches in diameter), and serve as a tapa or first course.
