Lomo de Higo Relleno de Higos - Pork Loin Stuffed with Figs

Hosting Thanksgiving at the last minute and need a menu, or maybe you simply want an alternative to roast turkey and green bean casserole? Don't worry! We've put together an entire menu of simple Spanish dishes. It starts with a hot onion and chicken soup, complete with crispy toast topped with melted cheese. Next, a fresh Spanish mixed green salad. Choose between spiced chicken with pears, and stuffed pork loin for a main course. Finish up with two easy desserts - Asturian Cheese Cake (Quesada) or coffee flan. Above all, don't forget the cava, Spanish sparkling wine!

Even if you don't need to prepare an entire dinner, but simply need to contribute a side dish or dessert, check our menu. You might find that special (and easy) dish you're looking for. If not, look in the Easy Recipes Tab at the top of the page.
