Thursday is Thanksgiving and we are looking forward to roast turkey with all the trimmings. Depending on your family, when you pull out platter of turkey slices for sandwiches on Friday, they might be begging for pizza take-out. Prepare in advance, and buy some brie, blue cheese and membrillo to make our turkey sandwiches, which have a decidedly Spanish flair. Hot turkey sandwiches with either blue cheese and balsamic syrup, or with brie and membrillo (quince paste).
