Are you still trying to decide what to prepare for Christmas dinner? Prepare a paella dinner! We've put together a step-by-step to help you. From planning the menu, to shopping and cooking! Our suggested menu starts with tortilla de patata, also called tortilla española, egg and potato omelet. Then, serve fresh ensalada mixta or Spanish mixed green salad, paella de marisco - mixed seafood paella and finish with flan and coffee for dessert. This is a fresh alternative to roast beef or turkey, especially if you live in a warm climate!

Don't worry - all the dishes can be prepared ahead of time, except the paella, which you'll want to prepare while you and your friends sip a bit of Spanish wine. What a great way to say Feliz Navidad or to ring in the New Year!
