Making a Tortilla Espanola or Spanish Omelet is fairly straightforward, but flipping it without making a mess can scare many cooks. First, fry potatoes and onions and drain. Beat eggs and mix it all together. Cook on one side. Most cooks don't have any problems following those steps. The next step is to flip it, return to the frying pan, and cook on the other side.
