Here in Northern California, we are experiencing a cold snap. So, we are preparing stews and soups to warm up. This Spanish chicken stew with vegetables, simmered in a white wine sauce. In fact, this is one of our favorite recipes, which we prepare year round. We hope you enjoy this stew as much as we do!
Prepare home-made fried potatoes on the side, and a simple green salad. Then, pair this chicken dish with a Spanish white wine.
