Is there a "perfect" paella? Yes! That doesn't mean there is only ONE way to prepare a paella. After all, there are many different versions - from the traditional Valencian paella to the vegetarian and seafood versions - they can all be perfect! How? There are certain steps you can take to ensure that the paella you prepare is tasty; the rice is done, but not dry, undercooked or mushy, and that there is plenty for all your guests. So, to help you through the process, we put together a new step-by-step with information on choosing the right type and size of pan, an appropriate heat source, the quantity and right kind of rice, etc. Then, you can choose the recipe you like best.
