Green sauce is one of the typical Spanish sauces, made with flat leaf parsley, sliced garlic, and sometimes a bit of white wine. For this dish, cook salmon in olive oil. At the same time, steam small manila clams separately. Then, combine the salmon and clams in a green sauce. It is a quick, simple and elegant main course, easy enough for a week night, but nice enough for a dinner party.
