Spanish Steak and Three Cheese Pie Valentine's Day Menu

Instead of fighting the restaurant crowds on Valentine's Day, why not have a romantic dinner at home? Don't worry about the menu because we assembled a number of delicious Spanish dishes for your Valentine's dinner menu, including both a simple appetizer and dessert. The Spanish dishes require only basic cooking skills, and you can do a lot of the preparation ahead of time. So, you can sit and sip a glass of Spanish cava with your sweetie. What's on the menu? Nibble on a classic Spanish tapa of chilled langostinos (prawns) in pink sauce to start. Then, enjoy a fresh Spanish green salad, pork smothered in onions and garlic, accompanied by simple paprika-roasted potatoes. For desserts, end with a glass of cava, Spanish sparkling wine, a piece of Spanish turron, or easy coffee flan.
