We are on the countdown until Easter... and already planning the Easter Sunday brunch menu. This year we're including an easy Spanish make-ahead dessert simply called Raisin Pudding. Milk, eggs and bread crumbs combine to make the pudding, then we top it with caramelized sugar sauce and raisins. We plan to make it the day before to reduce the amount of time in the kitchen on Sunday.
