Like any celebration in Spain, family gathers around the table and enjoys a large meal together. That normally includes lamb or pork, and fresh vegetables and salad. Why should Easter or Pascua be different? Fortunately, spring is the time for tender lamb, so the Easter meal main course will generally be lamb if you are on the Iberian Peninsula (as opposed to Spanish islands).
We assembled a Spanish Easter Dinner Menu, with a green salad, seasonal vegetables, home-fried potatoes, lamb and a special dessert, crema catalana. Don't forget to open a bottle of Spanish Ribera or Rioja to enjoy with your Easter meal.
