Cinnamon Cake - Bizcocho de Canela

Bizcocho is light and fluffy cake, like this one. It can be served as a dessert, but would probably be served in Spain for breakfast or afternoon merienda. We think it would make a special addition to breakfast or brunch, particularly if served alongside fresh fruit. It is baked in a Bundt pan, with a topping made with condensed milk drizzled over the top, and dusted with cinnamon.
