Bunuelos de Manzana are an easy Spanish dessert from Asturias, ready in less than 25 minutes. Peel, core and slice the apples. Then, marinate them in a mixture of rum and sugar while preparing the beer batter. Dip the apples in batter and fry. Finish by sprinkling with sugar and cinnamon, jam or whipped cream.
