Those of you who are regular reader know that Tony and I traveled to Spain last month, and came back with new recipes. One of our long weekends was spent in Asturias, a region in northern Spain known for its excellent dairy products, including spectacular cheeses. During our time there we sampled local cheeses, classic regional dishes like Asturian Beans with Clams (Fabes con Almejas), as well as some new tapas, like this irresistible one. Fry potatoes and cover with three sauces - bravas, alioli, and Cabrales blue cheese sauce. Guaranteed to be a hit!
