Fish and Clams in Garlic Wine Sauce

Fish and clams are prepared in a sauce of leeks, saffron, crushed red pepper and white wine. Alioli completes the sauce and rich garlic flavor. Garnish with homemade croutons if you'd like or simply use a rustic baguette to catch the sauce.
