- 6-8 lamb chops (shoulder cut is recommended)
- 2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- salt to taste
This Spanish grilled lamb chops recipe makes 4 servings.
Remove the lamb chops from the butcher’s packaging and gently rinse and pat dry. Rub in garlic on each side of the four chops. Rub on salt.
Place lamb chops on pre-heated BBQ grill. Grill chops over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes on each side. The fat drippings may cause flare ups on the grill, so make sure to keep a close eye on the meat. If a flare-up occurs, move the chop away from the flames, so it does not burn on the outside.
Once you remove the chops from the grill, serve the lamb immediately.
