When rice is cooked, remove from heat and cover with aluminum foil, allowing paella to “rest” for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

- Cut the Chicken into Serving-Size Pieces
- Cut the Pork Loin into 3/4" Pieces
- Clean and Cut Squid into Rings
- Slice Pepper and Chop Vegetables
- Start the BBQ & Begin Cooking
- Add the Rice and Stir to Coat
- Add Shellfish and Broth - Simmer Rice
- Remove from Heat and Let Paella Rest
- Serve Paella with Lemon Wedges - Enjoy!
