Piquillo peppers are a small, bright red pepper, which was developed in Spain from seeds brought back from the Americas. It is grown in Lodosa, in northern Spain andis protected by a Denomination of Origin. These peppers are prized for their color, texture and taste. Because of their size, they make a beautiful presentation and easy to serve.
