Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb. fresh green beans
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- extra virgin Spanish olive oil
- salt to taste
Preparation:
This Green Beans with Garlic recipe makes 4-5 servings.
Snap the ends off of the green beans and then snap the beans in half.
Steam the green beans until cooked, but still crisp.
Mince garlic. Pour olive oil into a heavy bottom frying pan and heat to medium heat. Add minced garlic and briefly sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add green beans and “toss” in the frying pan to coat with the olive oil and garlic.
Lightly salt to taste and serve your Alubias Verdes con Ajo.
