- 2 oz (60 gr) pancetta
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 6 oz Swiss chard leaves (no stems)
- 3-4 Tbsp Spanish olive oil
- 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans
- 8 oz beef broth
- Salt to taste
Preparation:

Finely chop the pancetta and garlic. Clean the Swiss chard leaves and chop. Open white beans and drain liquid.
Pour the olive oil into a large, heavy-bottom frying pan and heat. Sauté pancetta and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Toss in Swiss chard leaves and stir.
Once the chard leaves are wilted, add white beans and broth. Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust salt as needed. Serve with rustic bread.
