Recipes for Spanish soups and salads. Being a land with many mountain ranges and high peaks, a wide variety of hearty, hot soups are eaten in central and northern Spain. In southern Spain, cold soups like gazpacho and fresh garden salads are an integral part of the diet.
Ensalada de Naranja y Aguacate - Spanish Orange and Avocado Salad
